2004 Black Sears Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml |
| Black Sears Cabernets tend to be powerful and concentrated wines with substantial but supple tannins. The characteristic aromas are of plum, black tea, blackberry, cassis and roasted coffee. Cedar, lavender and crème brulee notes are common, as is the characteristic mineral component. We usually recommend decanting, as the exposure to air really gives the wine a chance to shine.
