Lou, our border collie/aussie mix is famous! He has a full color photo in Wine & Spirits Magazine's April issue, in an article called "Napa Valley: The Best Place for Zin?" Sure, they feature the Black Sears vineyard, two of the top five Zinfandels they rated were grown in the Black Sears vineyard, and there's also a nice photo of Jerre (Sears)... But Lou really steals the show with a photo of his hunting skills (lizards, gophers, moles, snakes?) in the vineyard. Good workin', Lou!
Lou will be signing autographs, barking at cars, and eating food off of plates during our May 8th wine pickup event for our mailing list members.
